Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of GW2 Raid Bingo (“the bot”), a free Discord bot and website. By adding the bot to a server or using its commands or website, you agree to them.

What the bot does

The bot runs bingo games for Guild Wars 2 raids: it deals each player a card, tracks marks live across Discord and the website, and announces the winner. It is a convenience tool for players and nothing more.

Acceptable use

• Only add the bot to servers where you have permission to do so.
• Don't abuse, spam, overload, or attempt to disrupt the bot or the service it runs on.
• Don't use the bot to break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Your content

The bingo squares in a server are written by that server's admins, not by the operator. Admins are responsible for the squares they add and must keep them within Discord's rules and their server's own rules. The operator may remove content or block a server that abuses the service.

Availability

The bot is provided as is and as available, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. It is run as a hobby project on personal infrastructure and may be slow, offline, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the bot. Your sole remedy if you are unhappy with the bot is to remove it from your server.

Privacy

Your use of the bot is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may change; the “last updated” date above will reflect that. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
